Amaretto Whipped Cream:
Beat 1 c heavy whipping cream with 2 Tbs confectioners sugar & 1 Tbs amaretto ( or 1/4 tsp almond extract) until stiff. Chill before serving. Tastes incredible on chocolate cake or cherry pie!
Cinnamon Whipped Cream:
Beat 1 c heavy whipping cream, 3 Tbs sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon until stiff. Chill before serving. Yummy on pumpkin pie, gingerbread, or try a dollop in coffee or hot cocoa.
Lemon Whipped Cream:
Beat 1 c heavy cream, 3 Tbs confectioners sugar and 1 tsp lemon zest until stiff. Chill before serving. This is fantastic on gingerbread, pound cake or bread pudding.
