Project Green is a registered 501c3 non-profit based in Atlanta, Georgia whose mission is to protect green space for future generations and invest in “A Green Tomorrow.” Project Green will develop “Back to Basics” Summer Camps for under-served children and teens. The eco-camps will focus on building self-esteem and awareness of the environment and will also encourage healthy lifestyles through nutrition, exercise and by incorporating challenging and fun activities. The eco-summer camps will be designed as one-week away camps for all qualified kids. Project Green plans on running five to six of the eco-summer camps each summer. I only use it occasionally, and my bottle from last Fall is just now getting low. So it will last you about 60 sprays, but that could be several months depending on how often you use it.

Cabana Grill Snellville, GA Review

This giveaway is only for my Atlanta-area readers!  We are so lucky to have an amazing new restaurant here to enjoy - Cabana Grill.  It just opened in Snellville and it is a fun new concept for Mexican food!

The food is prepared fresh for you when you order - you choose what you want on your nachos, quesadilla, tostado, etc.  Choose from three proteins - Chicken, Steak or Shrimp.


Kids under 12 can choose from a taco or quesadilla, plus a small side and drink.

Cabana Grill's menu features these sides: Mexican Rice or Cilantro Lime Rice, Mexican Potatoes, Charro beans,  Refried Pintos, Black Beans or Refried Black Beans.  I tried the Refried Pintos with my Chicken Fajita bowl and all I can say is - delicious!!

Premium toppings are available for a small charge: Guacamole, Grilled onions and peppers, Cheddar Jack cheese or Asadero cheese. Oh, did I mention that they make their own flour and corn tortillas right there in the open kitchen where you can watch them prepare your food?  Yep, they do!

The Salsa bar is crazy-good! Chipotle Lime, Salsa Crema and Avocado Cilantro are their Signature Salsas; they also have other toppings to choose from.  The Chipotle Lime was my favorite!

Now that you are hungry, who wants a Margarita? They are available by the glass or pitcher!  They also offer a variety of bottled beers, both imported and domestic.

David thought it was great that they offer Mexican Coke and Fanta in bottles.

Every day from 4 -  7 pm they offer a $5 Fiesta special!

To celebrate Spring Break, Cabana Grill is offering a week-long Fiesta on the patio!!  

Monday, April 6 - Live music on the patio from 6-8 pm

Make sure to say hi to the manager, William Moses and Tennielle - who was helpful in getting us acquainted with the menu, showing us around, and telling us all about Cabana Grill!  (I am so upset that the picture I took of her with her nametag so I could spell her name correctly turned out terribly blurry,  I am sure I didn't get her name right, and I'm so sorry!!)  The folks at Cabana Grill make you feel right at home.  They greet everyone with a smile, and the wonderful customer service rivals that of Chick Fil A! 

Please make a visit to Cabana Grill.  It's our new go-to place when we head to Snellville for trips to Sprouts Farmers Market, or when we are coming home from Stone Mountain!  Hours are: Mon - Sun:
